Acceptance of Terms
By engaging with Le Festin D'Or — whether through our website, email, or in person — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
Our Services
Le Festin D'Or provides bespoke grazing table and cheese cart experiences for private events, corporate functions, weddings, and special occasions. All services are provided subject to availability and the terms of a separately agreed engagement proposal.
Enquiries and Proposals
Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a booking or a contractual commitment on either side. A booking is only confirmed once a formal proposal has been accepted in writing and a deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry at our discretion.
Deposits and Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than the date specified in your proposal. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
Cancellations and Changes
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances. For cancellations made within 14 days of the event date, the full contracted amount may be due. We will endeavour to accommodate changes to your booking where possible, but cannot guarantee availability for significant alterations made close to the event date.
Allergens and Dietary Requirements
Whilst we take all reasonable steps to accommodate dietary requirements communicated to us in advance, our products are prepared in an environment that handles common allergens including milk, nuts, and gluten. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and accept no liability for allergic reactions where accurate dietary information was not provided prior to the event.
Intellectual Property
All photography, branding, written content, and design on this website are the exclusive property of Le Festin D'Or. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Le Festin D'Or shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Le Festin D'Or operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that territory.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
